12 Cups Shredded Cheddar, Colby Jack, or Preferred Cheese
1 Cup Green Chilis or Rotel
1 Cup Taco Sauce
1/2 Cup Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Dried Cilantro
1/4 Cup Red Pepper Flakes
