Pickled Grape Tomatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

Sweet grape tomatoes are preserved in a tangy white wine vinegar brine with garlic and rosemary, creating a bright, savory pickle that's perfect for charcuterie boards, salads, and antipasto dishes.

Beginner

Waterbath Canning

Optional: add 1/4 tsp. Pickle Crisp per pint jar.
Ingredients:
2 Quarts Grape tomatoes
1 tsp Canning/Pickling Salt
1 Cup White wine vinegar
1 Cup White vinegar - 5% acidity
1 Quart Water
4 Cloves Garlic, peeled, sliced in half
4 Sprigs Fresh rosemary, bay leaf optional as well.
Yield: 4 Pints
